A ranked, explained view of your customers.
Retenova turns the facts you already keep in a spreadsheet into a short list of who needs attention, why, and what to say.
The signal feed
Every account, ranked by risk and then by revenue, so the biggest problems sit at the top.
- Four statuses: At risk, Watch, Expansion and On track
- Owner, tier, latest signal, next action and due date for each account
- Filter by status, search by name, click any row for the evidence

Scores that explain themselves
Open an account to see its health score, the signals behind it, and each adjustment from the 75-point baseline to the final number.
- Plain-language reasons for every flag
- A drafted follow-up built from the strongest signal
- A hint when an account has too little data to judge

A playbook you control
The rules behind every flag live on one screen. Change a number and your accounts re-rank instantly, with a live count of how many land in each status.
These defaults are starting points, not proven answers. Design partners will help us tune them.

The default rules
Each starts from a baseline of 75, then moves up or down with these signals.
| Signal | Default rule | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Usage drop | Down 25% or more over 14 days | Watch, or At risk at twice that |
| Renewal | Within 30 days and no review in the last 90 days | At risk |
| Satisfaction | NPS of 6 or below | At risk |
| Silence | No contact for 21 days or more | At risk |
| Growth | Seat count up 15% or more | Expansion signal |
Drafts and sharing
Each flagged account gets a drafted follow-up built from a template. Edit it, copy it, and send it yourself. The drafts are not AI-written yet; that is on the roadmap.
Anonymised summary
Copy a plain-text summary of your results with account names hidden by default. Nothing is sent anywhere until you paste it yourself.
Feedback in a click
Tell us what is useful, what is wrong and what you would pay for. It is the fastest way to shape what we build next.
Your data, today
The preview is deliberately simple about data. Here is what that means in practice.
| Question | Answer today |
|---|---|
| Where is my data? | In your browser, on your own device. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. |
| What can Retenova see? | Nothing. We cannot see your spreadsheet or your results unless you copy and send them to us. |
| How do I remove it? | Use Clear all in the Data screen, or clear your browser's site data. |
| Is it certified? | No. Retenova has not been through a formal security certification. |
| What changes later? | When logins and saved data arrive, your data will be stored on a server. We will update this page and the privacy policy before that happens. |
Roadmap
The order we plan to build in. Each step starts when the one before it has proved itself. These are plans, not promises.
Prove demand Now
Free pilots on the current preview with a small group of founders, to learn whether it earns a place in their week.
Foundation Next
Logins, saved accounts, consent-based usage tracking, and privacy and security basics, so partners can rely on it.
Real AI Then
AI-written follow-ups and account summaries, with a person approving every message, and templates as the fallback.
Connect Later
Google Sheets sync first, then Gmail, CRM tools and Slack, read-only, each after a security review.
Act Later
Approve-and-send follow-ups, Slack alerts and CRM tasks, with a person approving every action.
Learn Later
Patterns across customers, forecasting and benchmarks, once enough customers share data with their consent.
Questions
Does Retenova use AI?
Not yet. Scoring is a set of rules you can see and edit, and the drafts are templates. AI-written drafts and summaries are planned. We will say so on this page when they exist.
Is my data safe?
Today your data stays in your browser and is never uploaded, which is the simplest possible answer. Retenova has not been through a formal security certification. Before anything is stored on a server, we will put privacy and security basics in place and update our policy.
Does it connect to Gmail, my CRM or Slack?
Not yet. Today you bring a spreadsheet. Live connections are planned, starting with Google Sheets, and each one will come only after a security review.
Why not just use a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet stores facts but does not notice anything. Retenova checks every account against your rules, ranks them, and tells you why, so you do not have to remember to look.
How is this different from customer success platforms?
Larger customer success platforms are built for teams that already have a customer success function and a budget. Retenova is built for the stage before that: a spreadsheet, a founder, and no setup project.
What does it cost?
It is free during the early preview. We will talk about pricing with design partners before we set it.
Who is behind it?
Retenova is an early-stage project by Monu Shek, who has worked in account management and growth at enterprise technology companies.
