Last updated 28 October 2026. A plain-language summary of how this site and the preview handle information.
This is a plain-language draft. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before Retenova stores any customer data on a server.
Who we are
Retenova is an early-stage project run by Monu Shek. It is not yet a registered company. You can contact us through the design partner form.
This website
The website does not use cookies for tracking and does not run analytics. It is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard request logs as part of serving the pages, under its own privacy policy.
The design partner form
If you fill in the form, we receive your name, work email, company, role, the answers you choose and anything you write. The form is handled by Netlify Forms. We use these details only to contact you about the pilot. We keep them until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
The preview app
The preview runs entirely in your browser. The spreadsheet you import and the results are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. We cannot see them. Nothing you enter is sent to us. You can remove it any time with Clear all in the Data screen, or by clearing your browser's site data.
The Copy summary and Send feedback buttons only prepare text. Nothing is shared unless you copy it and send it to us yourself. The summary hides account names by default.
What will change
When we add logins and saved data, your data will be stored on a server. We will update this page, and tell users, before any customer data is stored that way.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us, or to correct it, at any time through the design partner form.
