What Retenova does today, and what it does not

It is tempting to describe an early product as if it were finished. We would rather tell you exactly where we are.

What works today

  • Import a customer spreadsheet (CSV, or paste from Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Rank accounts by risk using rules you can see and edit
  • Show an explained health score for every account
  • Draft a follow-up message from a template for each flagged account
  • Copy an anonymised summary, and send feedback
  • Run entirely in your browser, with nothing uploaded

What does not exist yet

  • Logins, and data saved across devices
  • AI-written drafts and summaries
  • Live connections to Gmail, CRM tools or Slack

The drafts are templates today, not AI. When we add AI, it will be to save you time on specific jobs, and a person will approve every message.

The order we plan to build in

  1. Prove that founders use it, with a small group of design partners
  2. Add logins and saved data, with privacy and security basics in place
  3. Add AI-written follow-ups and account summaries
  4. Connect live data, starting with Google Sheets, then email, CRM and Slack, each after a security review
  5. Let it take actions, with a person approving each one
  6. Learn from patterns across customers, with consent

These are plans, not promises. We will build what design partners ask for first.

Why we are saying this

Founders get pitched enough promises. If you try Retenova and it does less than you hoped, we would rather hear it now. Become a design partner and tell us what is missing.
